1) Prices are net, VAT included, and are expressed in Euro or US$.
lots will be sold to the first offerer. Orders can be made with internet or also with e-mail.
The sale is with progressive discount for amount of each order:
- purchases from 0 to 1000 euro: discount of the 20% on the amount total
- purchases from 1000 euro to 2000 euro: discount of the 25% on the amount total
- purchases from 2000 euro to 3000 euro: discount of the 30% on the amount total
- purchases from 3000 euro to 5000 euro: discount of the 35% on the amount total
- purchases over 5000 euro: discount of the 40% on the amount total
This offer is valid only for registered customers.
2) BEST OFFER OPTION. "Best Offer" is an option available that allows the customer to make an offer to buy the lot at a price that it select; if an offer is accepted from Silvana Greco, the lot will be sold to the new price.

3) PAYMENT. It will be accepted in Euro or US$, even for abroad sales, effected by one of the following methods- in advance after receipt of sale confirm-:
a) bank transfer in euro:

c) with credit card VISA-Mastercard-American Express.
All credit cards will be charged in euro funds.
d) check (personal or banking) in euro or US$ in favour of Silvana Greco
e) money order (from Italy) or international money order -valid also in Italy- (from World)
4) DEFERRED PAYMENT. Philatelic Office of Silvana Greco can arrange for payment to be effected by instalments for amounts higher than euro 5000.00 provided that the following terms are agreed before purchase: maximum period of 3 months without rate
The items paid by instalments will be kept by our seat and will not be sent to the buyer until final payment. The customer will not be owner in law until the purchase price has been paid in full.
5) POSTAGE STAMPS DELIVERY. Stamps ordered will be sent with the addition of delivery charges which include packing, postal charges ecc. Philatelic material will be sent by the Italian Post services.
6) In order to give customers complete confidence, material which is found not to be corresponding to the description can be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery, provided we are given advance notice by message email.
7) The court of Bari-Italy- shall have jurisdiction in the event of any disagreement.
8) According DLGs 196/03 the customer of the philatelic office of Silvana Greco accept that its data are used from philatelic office of Silvana Greco for advertising purpose, thus declaring to have read informative on the privacy.
The Purchaser declares to have taken of the terms of sale and accept them integrally.
Return Policy
For all my customers there is my guarantee of "Satisfaction or Refund" (application of Italian law D.Lgs. numero 185/1999 : "Diritto di recesso"). Returns accepted within 15 days after the item is delivered. The items must to be in the same condition in wich they has been sent.
